Meet Dr. Goodman

Dr. Goodman grew up just around the corner in Bethesda, where she attended Seven Locks Elementary School and Holton Arms. Dr. Goodman earned her B.A. in Classical Languages from Duke University. She attended the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Dental Medicine, where she graduated first in her class. She completed a fellowship in advanced general dentistry at the New York Methodist Hospital, and then continued up the east coast to Tufts in Boston, where she completed her orthodontic residency.

Continuing Education

Dr. Goodman is an active member of the dental community. She enjoys furthering her education as a member of local study clubs, and is an officer of the Alpha Omega DC Alumni Chapter. She serves as the mid-Atlantic representative of the national orthodontic Board of New and Younger Members. Dr. Goodman has lectured on the subject of orthodontics to general dentists and to the residents at Washington Hospital Center.

Outside the Office

When not straightening teeth, she can be found playing soccer, biking, and spending time with her husband, Tim.
